What they do well
Soft-tissue volume, fine lines, mild contour asymmetry, and skin quality respond well to non-surgical treatment with minimal downtime.
What they cannot do
Filler does not substitute for bone. Large-volume facial filler over years can distort tissue planes and complicate later surgery — many surgeons ask about filler history for this reason.
Skeletal position, cartilage shape, and significant laxity are surgical problems.
